* The rates are in EUR, per night, per room, breakfast included.

- Supplement for lunch - 5 Euro;
- Supplement for dinner - 6 Euro

Discounts:
- children up to 2 years old stay free of charge;
- 2 children 2-12 years old on extra bed, accommodated with 2 adults in apartment: first child stays free of charge, second child gets 50% discount;
- children up to 12 years old on extra bed in parent's room stays free of charge;
- In case of accommodation of one adult and 2 children between 2-12 years old, each child gets 50% discount of the regular rates;
- adult on extra bed gets 20 % discount of bed price;

Cancellation:
* Cancellations can be made, providing details of this are received at least 3 working days prior to check-in date - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
